Mrs. Audrey Akua Serwaa Biney
Executive DirectorAudrey Biney is the Executive Director of Women of Africa Network Her background is in biochemistry and she holds an MBA where she specialized in Supply chain management. She has vast experience within the pharmaceutical industry (in the UK) working alongside medical departments of pharmaceutical companies and providing healthcare education to medical teams and in communities. She helped to develop treatment guidelines and drive policy making to support immunization programs and recommendations. In Ghana, she organized and ran healthcare programs on First Aid, good sanitation, Women’s health and a “train-the-trainer” program, an initiative which had a significant impact in several rural communities. She also supported women in these communities to set up self-help programs to economically lift them out of poverty. She has a passion for seeing women succeed on the continent and in her role with the Women of Africa Network she is committed to serving women entrepreneurs to ensure they are empowered and that they thrive under the AfCFTA through various capacity building programs. Her track record includes speaking, moderating and active participation in panel discussions around women entrepreneurship across the continent.

Mrs Hannah Amofa-Afriyie Hayford
Head of AdministrationHead of Administration for both APN (Afcfta Policy Network) and Women of Africa Network Group. She has extensive experience in administration and management. She is versatile and a great team player who has worked in an accounting consultancy firm, a recruitment company, a retail company and a service provider company all based in the UK. She also worked with an Oil and Gas company based in Accra for 12 years as the Administrator. Hannah holds an MA in Management and Administration from the University of Ghana Business School. She also has an ICA diploma in Human Resource Management. Her passion is being part of a well-organized structure, delights in being a motivator to friends and colleagues especially young ladies and women entrepreneurs.
